“Mothers” is an exhibition developed by artist and doctoral candidate Erika Vogt, whose creative and academic investigations explore the structure of conversations, and the encounter — with one another, with material, with art. On display is work that is emerging from their interdisciplinary drawing and sculpture practice, through which they pose the question: “What shapes, haunts, and forms the current landscape?”.

Join us for a talk from the exhibiting artist, Erika Vogt. Vogt holds an MFA from California Institute of the Arts. Their work has been exhibited at institutions including the New Museum in New York, MIT’s List Visual Arts Center, and the Whitney Museum of American Art.
